The hotel offers a good-sized guest room with beautiful big windows providing a scenic view of the Tallahassee area. While the rooms are nice and clean, they can feel a bit small. It's worth noting that there might be noise from power tools above, which can be disruptive, especially early in the morning on special occasions like Easter Sunday.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as I had booked on Booking, but my room wasn't ready despite checking in and selecting one online. The service was friendly and fantastic overall, but there was a bit of a hiccup with handling a complaint about my room. The location was perfect for my needs in Tallahasee, although the dining experience left much to be desired with the bar closed and underwhelming options. The hotel's downtown location was convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating, except for a small blip in addressing my room concerns.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were a little small but very nice and clean, offering a great view of downtown. The service, especially from Ashli, was top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the Capital and FSU. The dining options were delicious, although the noise from power tools was a downside. Overall, a clean and cozy hotel with excellent service.
